Each piece is carefully wrapped and securely packaged to help ensure it arrives safely. As our ceramics are handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind, we take particular care with their preparation and shipping.

Orders are shipped using a reliable courier service. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and size/weight of the package and will be shown at checkout.

Please note that handmade ceramics may have slight variations in colour, texture, and form. These are part of the character and beauty of an artisan-made piece.

International orders: Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

We want you to be happy with your Kaliman purchase. Because our pieces are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, we carefully inspect and package each item before shipping.

Returns One-of-a-kind and custom pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or are significantly different from their listing description.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.

Please note As each piece is handmade, small variations in colour, texture, glaze, and shape are natural characteristics of artisan ceramics and are not considered defects.
